    I paid 5.00 for this blouse in the 90’s and then never wore it(!)
    The the good news is that now it is clean and pristine and bias is back and now you can buy it!
    I always loved their fabric, 100% viscose rayon pebble crêpe very soft… In fact this kind of fabric became known as “ghost”ever since then...
    Rayon Eyelet embroidery all over
    Lightly elasticized puff sleeves and deep scoop front with eyelet tie trim
    It is marked medium, but I have photographed it on a size 6 mannequin and I think you could safely call it a six, I think the bias would be too clingy on anyone bigger than that
